Thank you for shopping with Out Of His Word. Below is how we process and ship orders.
Where we ship
We currently ship to:
- United States
- Canada
Order processing and production time (made to order)
All tees are made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.
Processing times may be longer during high-volume seasons, promotions, or holidays.
Shipping times (after fulfillment)
Shipping time depends on the shipping method selected and the destination. Typical delivery times for US/Canada orders are often 3–4 business days after fulfillment for standard shipping, with faster options sometimes available.
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Carrier delays due to weather, peak season volume, or other service disruptions are outside our control.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to:
- an incorrect/incomplete address, or
- being unclaimed/undeliverable,
reshipping charges may apply.
Customs, duties, and taxes (Canada)
Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by Canada customs/carriers. These charges are not refundable.
Lost, delayed, or “delivered but not received”
If your tracking appears delayed or stuck, contact the carrier first (they can provide the most accurate scan updates).
If tracking shows Delivered but you can’t locate the package:
- Check with household members, neighbors, building management/front desk, and any safe drop locations.
- Contact the carrier and request a delivery investigation or claim.
We’ll help where we can with documentation and order details, but once a carrier marks a package as delivered, the carrier’s investigation controls the outcome.
