1) Agreement to terms
By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our posted policies, including our Returns & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy.
2) Store platform and fulfillment
Our store is hosted on Shopify. Our products are made to order and fulfilled by a third-party print-on-demand partner (Printful). Production and shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
3) Orders, pricing, and product information
We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory/production constraints.
We work to display product colors and images as accurately as possible, but screen settings may cause variation.
4) Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate:
- Shipping address and contact information
- Payment and billing details
If an order is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, or failure to claim a package, reshipping fees may apply.
5) Returns, refunds, and exchanges
All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, including no change-of-mind returns and sizing exchange rules.
6) Shipping and delivery
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Carrier delays, weather, customs, and other events outside our control may impact delivery.
Delivered status: If tracking shows Delivered, the order is considered delivered to the address provided at checkout. If you cannot locate a package marked Delivered, you agree to cooperate with the carrier’s investigation process.
7) Intellectual property
All content on this site (including logos, designs, graphics, and text) is owned by Out Of His Word or licensed to us and may not be used without permission.
8) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Out Of His Word is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or products purchased through it.
9) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state laws where required.
